Tasting Notes: Deep ruby or intense garnet.  Complex and intense, featuring ripe black fruits (like plums and cassis), earthy and mineral notes, with hints of spice and noble herbaceous undertones. Medium to full-bodied with a lively acidity and firm, silky tannins. It has excellent structure and a long, lingering finish.

This wine aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. It is a black fruit flavored wine with hints of toast and smoke. In the mouth it is full bodied and elegant.
