Tasting Notes: A young and fresh wine. Ruby in colour, with warm aromas highlighting ripe red fruits. On the palate it offers freshness, with a balanced and persistent profile.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with poultry, pasta dishes, and a variety of cheeses. Serve at 16°C.

Winemaking: The grapes were destemmed but not crushed, and underwent 3 days of cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 24°C with one daily pump-over. Malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless-steel tanks.
