Tasting Notes: Intense ruby color, intense and complex aroma with notes of black fruit, slight vegetal notes, spices and chocolate. The palate is voluminous and elegant, with good structure and concentration. The finish is long, confirming the aromatic notes. 

Food Pairing: Accompany red meats and aged cheeses. 
 
Winemaking: The grapes were destemmed but not crushed and left for 3 days in cold maceration. Fermentation took place at 24oC with daily pumping over. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. The batches that gave rise to this wine aged for around 12 months in French oak barrels.
