Tasting Notes: Concentrated color, with aromatic notes of black fruit, dried figs and a touch of chocolate. The palate is intense and round, with silky tannins and a persistent finish. 
 
Food Pairing: Ideal to accompany game dishes. It should be served at 16ºC. 

Winemaking: The grapes were destemmed, but not crushed, and left for 3 days in cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 24ºC with daily pumping over. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
