On the palate it is dry, crisp, and highly refreshing, with lively natural acidity and a delicate, fine mousse (light bubbles). The finish is clean, fruity, and persistent.

Description: This Pet Nat Rosé is a naturally sparkling wine made using the ancestral method, where fermentation finishes in the bottle, creating natural bubbles and a slightly cloudy appearance. It is an unfiltered, fresh and vibrant style of sparkling wine, designed to highlight purity of fruit and a more natural winemaking approach.

Winemaking Style: Bottled before fermentation is fully complete. Secondary fermentation occurs in bottle. No filtration or disgorgement. Natural carbonation (no added CO₂)Extended contact with lees adds texture and complexity

Food Pairing: Excellent with seafood, sushi, oysters, grilled fish, salads, light tapas, and spicy Asian dishes. Also ideal as an aperitif.
