Tasting Notes: Young and intense with aromatic notes of red fruit present. In the mouth, it reveals good structure and smooth tannins. Harmonious and pleasant finish.

Winemaking: After total destemming and very gentle crushing, each variety was vinified separately in stainless steel vats with a daily regime of 1 manual reassembly. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 28C.

Food Pairing: Serve with meats, pasta, and cheeses.
