Tasting Notes: Red, dark, dense and opaque. Complex and intense, with notes of peat, cedar, mild iodine, black olive, cocoa, and an intense blend of black and red fruits with figs. Spicy, with black pepper, thyme, and a mineral finish. Firm and fine tannins, balsamic freshness, flavors of meat, plums, blackberries and blueberries. A finish full of strength and mineral acidity.
