Winemaking: Manual harvest. Grapes transported in 20kg boxes. Grapes conserved for 24 hours in a refrigeration chamber at 0ºC. Bunches sorted by conveyor, pressing by pneumatic press at 2ºC with and without stems in Viognier and Alvarinho. Alcoholic fermentation and aging at low temperatures in stainless steel 5 months before bottling of Alvarinho. 70% of Viognier in new and old French oak barrels and 30% in tank.

Tasting Notes: citrus colour, bright and greenish. Nose bringing all the aromatic intensity of the Viognier, with hints of ripe apricot, peach, lime and match heads transmitting minerality. Then fells Alvarinho balanced with fresh exotic notes. In the tasting, has a fresh and mineral attack, full of spicy texture, but always with the same varietal sensation felt in the nose, and notes of guava, giving elegance, balance and length throughout the tasting. It has aging potential in the bottle.

Food Pairing: Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
