Best served at 8ºC/10ºC

Winemaking: Grapes are mechanically harvested overnight and after are gentle pressed pneumatically. After settling for 48 hours the must is fermented at 16 ºC in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: This wine is salmon in colour, has strawberry and raspberry aromas and a balanced, easy and fresh flavour. 

Food Pairing: As an apéritif or with salads, pasta, sea food, lean meats or grilled fish.
