Tasting Notes: A ruby-colored wine with aromas of black fruit and a hint of tobacco. The palate is balanced, smooth and long. 
 
Food Pairing: Serve with stewed meats, tomato pastes and medium-aged cheeses. 
 
Winemaking: The grapes were destemmed and lightly crushed. This was followed by 12 hours of cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 26ºC with two daily pumping over. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats.
