Tasting Notes: Ruby color and intense aroma with fruity notes reminiscent of black plum, fig and dates, caramel, vanilla and spices from aging in French oak. On the palate it's a wine with structure, soft, well-integrated tannins and a long, balanced finish. 
 
Food Pairing: Accompany grilled meat dishes, ham and aged cheeses. Serve at 16ºC.
