Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, with selection on a sorting table. Total stalking with gentle pressing where decantation occurs naturally for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel at 16ºC with stirring of fine lees. Aging in stainless steel until August with bottling after fining and light filtering. Reserva do Doutor by Casas Altas is a special wine. It is an enigmatic and different wine, specially selected by the producer, doctor by profession, from the best white grape parcels of the estates.

Tasting Notes: Wine with a very delicate floral aroma that contrasts with the great minerality present in the mouth.
