Winemaking: Harvested by hand into 20kg boxes by friends and locally recruited workers. Selection of the best bunches in the vineyard, complemented in the winery with the aid of a sorting table. Total destemming, conveying the wine masses to the stainless steel fermentation tank, pre-maceration on cold skins, inoculation of selected yeasts, followed by fermentation and long, very careful maceration on skins with temperature control. Brief ageing of months in new French oak casks of the highest quality, followed by 20 long months of anonymity and regular conservation care in stainless steel tanks. Minimum bottle ageing of 6 months before release onto the market.

Tasting Notes: Ruby color, concentrated. Over time it has preserved the grape variety’s typical floral character, along with elegant aromas of small wild black berries. Structured and full-bodied, with notes of spice, menthol, and balsamic nuances that provide a pleasant freshness on the finish. Perfect for drinking straight away but excellent for keeping.
