Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes, with selection on a sorting table. Total stalking with gentle pressing where decantation occurs naturally for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel at 16ºC with stirring of fine lees. Aging in stainless steel until August with bottling after fining and light filtering.The winemaker had always had the desire to produce a wine of the Riesling variety, the result of it admiration for those wines from Alsace and Moselo, with a striking flavour and a persistent aroma. He took a chance on poor soil, dry weather and with good sun exposure in Portugal. The time has come to prove that it is possible to produce the wines of this variety, not only with freshness, but also with good alcoholic balance.

Tasting Notes: A delicate wine with citrus notes and a petrol-like evolution characteristic of the grape variety. Very mineral, it is recommended for cellaring.

Food Pairing: Goes marvellously with sushi or octopus carpaccio.
