Winemaking: Prepared from grapes of high quality, the base wine is fermented at low temperatures in order to highlight all its aromatic potential. After winemaking, these aromas are enhanced by natural fruit essences and spices typical of true Sangria Portuguesa.

Tasting Notes: Bright ruby colour and a clear appearance. It is a very aromatic drink, especially the notes of freesia, apple, cinnamon and citrus. In the mouth a young and light profile, a velvety soft texture and a final intensely marked by the exuberance of its fruit.

Food Pairing: Good to pair any type of light dishes, pizzas and pastas.
