Appellation: The Anise Escarchado Liqueur is a drink made by infusing aniseed with an aromatic sprig of the plant. The crystallisation of the sugar on the sprig, which gives it a very pleasing visual effect, is due to the sugar not being able to dissolve (or escarp).

Tasting Notes: Amber colour. Sweet and persistent aroma, with notes of spice (anise). Smooth and full-bodied with a pleasant and balanced sweetness.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Serve between 14º and 15ºC.

Perfect Serve: It can be served as an aperitif or digestive.
